Allow law abiding citizens to defend not only themselves but others by creating a 2 tier conceal carry permit.

We the citizens recognize that it is our moral and civic duty to not only protect ourselves from those who would do us harm but to protect others from those who would do them harm. Officers are sworn to protect and serve and so are we the citizens, this responsibility comes with being a citizen of the United States. We are not to work separate of law enforcement but in partnership with them. We ask that you create a 2 tier conceal carry permit. The new permits would have the same background check as a law enforcement officer seeking employment, similar firearms training with so many hours need every year to renew the license. We ask that you keep price and requirements where the common citizen could get a license. These new license would allow the holder to carry where they cant now.
