This petition is to allow active and retired (with no criminal record) law enforcement and military members to legally own specific NFA regulated items, regardless of the state they live in.
This petition only addresses short barrel rifles (SBR) and short barrel shotguns (SBS) and excludes suppressors, fully automatic weapons, destructive devices and any other weapons (AOW).
