Allow legal citizens in the United States of the age of 17 to have their license without taking the Drivers Ed. course.

Created by E.D. on November 09, 2014

I believe that our young adults should have the right to hold a legal license and drive at that age without having to take the Drivers Ed. course. Thus, it will allow for them to experience and understand how important driving is and wouldn't take time. However, the license is only available to those who can pass a test where you're driving around the city or town and prove that you know how to drive. Most young adults don't have a chance to take the course that's required only to get your permit because of family problems and those citizens should not be excluded.
