Allow the Legal Citizens of the United States to Vote on the Affordable Care Act as to whether to allow or abolish

Petition President Barrack Obama, the Congress, The Senate, and the Supreme Court of the United States to End the endless Debates and the bickering by calling for a Vote to allow the Legal Citizens of The United States of America to decide by due democratic process whether to allow The Affordable Care Act a.k.a. Obama Care to remain enforced as a law or to rescind by the combined will of the Legal Citizens, and to have our elected leaders abide by the will of the people who they work for.
