Gun deaths are usually performed by those that have the weapon illegally. It is time to allow those that have a gun legally and trained to use the gun to carry the gun at all times.
Illegal gun users will be more cautious if they know there are people around them that carry legally and are willing to assist law enforcement to ensure citizens are not hurt by the illegal gun carrier.
