Allow legal immigration applicants to receive appropriate visas prior to consideration of visas to illegal immigrants

With millions of approved visa applications sitting in the many visa centers, we petition the United States of America to process and issue appropriate visas to those applicants prior to any immigration reform that may allow person entering the U.S. borders illegally to gain legal status.
Millions of applicants are following the legal process to gain entry into the country. Waiting lists for visas can be over 10 years in some cases. Allowing those that enter illegally to short cut to the front of the line only teaches that crime pays. Reward the persons acting legally, and not the ones breaking the law by entering the country illegally.
