Allow legal import of the japanese car, the skyline r34 made by Nissan manufactured in 1999-2002.

This petition is for the legal importation of the nissan skyline gtr r34 produced from 1999 to 2002 to the USA. This japanese nostalgic car is highly praised by the car enthusiast community. Reason for legalization is for another choice of automobile for the people and to realize the dream of some people by ownin this car. Also any test before importing this car on the car should be invalid. Arguement is for other vehicles not passing the DOT tests such as rat rods, hot rods, etc which are more dangerous and road illegal. If DOT dicides to test the test should be one of the nissan skyline r34 for the whole importation of the cars to the United States of America.
