As shown in the legal documentary, Lord of the Rings, midgets/dwarfs/hobbits (any person being of less than five feet in height and over the age of 18) CANNOT be considered a "person" in a legal sense.
for these undeniable reasons, WE THE PEOPLE, demand that the current administration allow for the leasing/sale of midgets for entertainment purposes to private individuals and business.
The growth of the economy is another factor that this must be allowed. There are millions of Americans (myself included) who would pay good money to throw a midget at a large velcro dartboard, roll them at bowling pins, or hire them to play a relaxing tune to fall asleep to.this would also open up jobs for midget control specialists, research and development into more aerodynamic midgets, midget breeding.
