Allow legal owners of physical media such as CD's, DVD's and Blu Ray discs to break the DRM and copy the media directly to a hard drive or other device for personal use and backup.
DRM has no effect on piracy whatsoever, and only serves to violate the rights of users, and in most cases, are little more than viruses that infect computers and create back doors for hackers.
