We the People wish to allow the completely legal sale of human organs. If that goal is not able to be reached, then organ donors should receive near full compensation for organs donated. The organ black market current in the US is running amok. People have sold their organs but have only gotten a fraction of what they should receive. By allowing the sale of human organs, the black market will be eradicated and there will be less illegal activity.
