I wish for the Use, Regulation and Taxation of Recreational Cannabis. Also the freedom to Openly Research the plant for medical use, as well as allow for the Industrial use( paper, cloth, concrete, wood, fuel, food, plastics, and any other new found uses) of cannabis to create jobs and cheap renewable products.
