Allow LGBT history to be taught in schools nation-wide. Student's having the option to opt-out of learning.

Students should get to learn about the history about their fellow homosexual classmates and americans. Though it won't be mandatory, it would be a great way for the up and coming generation to learn about gay leaders and history.
