Currently Licensed Mental Health Counselors/Licensed Professional Counselors cannot see clients on Medicare to provide mental health therapy services. These are Master's level practioners who are licensed to provide mental health services in their state. Most are able to see any other insurance including medicaid. Please allow them to see Medicare clients for therapy for people who need the help.
