allow on-line education sites to continue providing services to Syrian, Iranian, Cuban and Sudanese students.

Massive Open On-line Classes (MOOC) with offices in the United States are being forced to discontinue learning opportunities to students in Syria, the Sudan, Cuba and Iran. This is part of an on-going embargo of services to these countries. Education should not be considered a service. It benefits everyone and we would like to see the United States refrain from putting restrictions on learning. Not only do these classes benefit students who might otherwise not be unable to afford traditional classes, they, also, provide a platform for open communication with diverse cultures allowing people to get to know each other and understand each other.
