In the last century, we the people have suffered the federal government's ever increasing enroachment into our private lives. We seek a return to the traditional small governance envisioned by our forefathers, specifically the implementation of a system in which individuals are chosen by lot and ritualistically stoned to death.
Although many villages have abandoned the lottery, this has resulted in smaller corn yields and a deterioration of traditional values. (Source: Old Man Warner).
We also petition for the establishment of grant program to provide small towns with slips of papers, small wooden boxes to hold the paper, and a charcoal pencil to mark the "winning" slip. States would provide the rocks.
Enactmentdate: mid-summer 2013. (lottery in June, corn heavy soon).
