Allow for Long Island to become its own state, in accordance with its own state constitution.

Long Island encompasses an area of 3,629 square kilometers with a population of over 7 and a half million citizens. Long Island would be the 13th largest state by population in the entire United States. With an abundance of natural resources, a strong government and infrastructure, Long Island would be fully capable of functioning as it's own state.
