The cost of living on Long Island is skyrocketing, making it harder for our younger generation as well as our older generations to continue living where they have grown up. A majority of taxes collected from Long Island is implemented up state and there is barely enough to reintroduce that money into bettering Long Island schools, roads, businesses, etc.
