With a lower income or being welfare based, college is a short coming in your to do list. Scholarships and the ability to pay for said college can be hard on family members or parents. It would cause a great sense of relief to allow lower based children to attend colleges so as to pursue and further education and to stop the welfare families or minimum waged families at an early point. The benefits of such would be a rise in more white color based jobs and a push to further our countries education standards. No child should be left behind no matter the social standing they come from. They deserve a college education as any other should.
