Allowing married Marines to become Marine Security Guards, and allow accompanied tours. This would prevent more incidents like the ones in Rio, Nigeria, and Moscow. Married servicemembers are less likely to seek the services of a prostitute, and are less likely to fall prey to sexual entrapment. Besides, the Russians can afford to do it, why can't we?
