Ms. Prince, a black female, was removed from her position after her injury and marriage in 1990, the agency stated that she voluntarily signed a human resources document that she "moved to Richmond." This document was signed under duress. She requested and received permission to take leave without pay. The office granted the LWOP in accordance with procedures and processes granted other employees for up to 1 years duration. The agency withheld her pay until she signed the document. She married to escape sexual harassment, sexual assault, and physical violence from the Commander of the Budget office, the Supervisor, and the mail carrier. The civilian employee's job was taken illegally without a hearing or allowing her to sit at her desk.White females were given public hearings.
