As of November of 2012, mayonnaise has been categorized as an everyday food-spread. As Patrick Star, from the cult TV show "Spongebob Squarepants", questioned Squidward on the topic of mayonnaise being a band instrument. His reply was simple: "No." Mayonnaise has every right to be an instrument. We, as nation, should get together and sign this petition to free mayonnaise from its history of being a food spread to being an instrument.
