Respectfully requesting a Federal Grant of $5000 for Photographic and Outdoors research via my hobby known as SILK's ALIEN TRACKERS on Facebook without interruptions or sabotage from any independent, federal, state, municipal, or military. There is no attempt to display any militaristic technologies nor bases, nor secrets that could harm the national interest of this country. Just the research of possible extraterrestrials within photographs and some field research. Licensing is not required that I know of. The general public is involved in this form of research.
