Allow me to voluntarily forfeit my second amendment rights, legally and permanently.

My name is Tim Lombardi, I have struggled with mental illness for most of my life. I see people on the news that use instruments of war, people that are not so much to blame as the inability for them to get the help they needed. I want to make sure that no matter what happens in my life; I can't own a gun. I am not a homicidal maniac, I want legal proof that I will never be able to buy a gun. I feel that, as an American, freedom to accept the rights we have are automatic, but freedom to reject a right comes down to personal choice. I want the right to forfeit my right to bear arms, permanently.
