Currently any person testing positive for cannabis/marijuana is removed from the national Wait List with the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS)
To re-instate a transplant evaluation (once testing positive for cannabis) medical marijuana patients need to proved documentation of monthly random toxicology screens, and provide documentation of six months of weekly substance abuse counseling.
This is unethical and immoral. Please, allow for a plant that has never killed any person in our existence to be used as an alternative to pharmacy medicine that destroys our liver.
Allow for medical marijuana/cannabis Americans to be on the Wait List with the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS).
NO-ONE SHOULD BE DENIED LIFE OVER A PLANT!
