Allow Medical Marijuana Users To Be Able To Obtain Guns

Created by E.T. on December 09, 2016

Medical Marijuana users are not allowed to purchase ammunition/firearms according to federal law due to the fact that in the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) that says anyone "who uses or is addicted to marijuana, regardless of whether his or her state has passed legislation authorizing marijuana use for medicinal purposes ... is prohibited by federal law from possessing firearms or ammunition." This is a violation to many individuals who are medical marijuana users for their second amendment, furthermore on average marijuana users are not "stoned" many stigmas are held for marijuana users, however with technology advancing many users have resulted in using oils, lotions, patches etc.. that allows the patient to efficiently alleviate pain without being "high"
