I would like to ask the United States Government to consider allowing any person to make the decision to end his or her life if in any form of debilitating condition and/or awaiting imminent death.
It is solely an individuals right to give up their life if they have become unable to act on their god given rights of liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
"Life" is also one of these god given rights but under deteriorating circumstances," death" seems to be a fair substitution.
