Allow members of the armed forces who have a concealed carry/self-defense permit to carry weapons onto military installations. Many armed forces members have permits to carry firearms. However because they cannot carry weapons on base are forced to leave their weapons at home. If that member were to arrive home and their house was broken into or they became a target on their way to or from work they would be unable to defend themselves, which they are legally allowed to do, because they cannot carry a weapon onto the base.
