Allow for members of the military to opt out of their contracts without penalty if Donald Trump is elected president

Unlike commissioned officers, enlisted soldiers can not simply "resign". Under a trump presidency, many soldiers will want to remove themselves from the military, unfortunately it is a difficult process and one that often requires penalties such as repayment of earned benefits and enlistment bonuses. Soldiers, sailors, marines and airmen should not be penalized for wanting to refuse to be a part of a Trump regime, it only makes sense for enlisted soldiers to be afforded the opportunity to leave the military under honorable conditions without being penalized for standing up for their values
