This petition is to allow military members who live off an installation and who commute the ability to carry a licensed firearm onto the installation. This is in order to protect his/her self during transit to and from base where he/she is now currently unarmed and vulnerable.
Requirements to carry onto a military installation:
- Must be a uniformed service member
- Must hold proper and honored state CCW permit
- Firearm must stay in POV while on the installation
