Allow members of the senate to three terms. This would put re-election out of the way to get things accomplished!

In an attempt to get important things accomplished in congress, I am proposing a term limit. If there was a three year term limit, the senators and representatives would not be concerned with getting re-elected, they could just focus on getting bills passed.
