The US military's policies concerning facial hair are outdated. Grooming standards for US service members unnecessarily restrict their personal liberty. This petition respectfully requests that military members be allowed to grow sideburns, beards, and mustaches in any scenario that is not at high risk for safety complications or Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical (NBC) attacks.
