Barring medical exceptions, all active members of the military are required to be clean-shaven. No logical argument being present for the banning of beards, and plentiful historical precedent being available for the presence of beards in the military, the enforcement of such an arbitrary measure of control over the aspect of one's personal appearance is unnecessary. This is a petition to remove such stipulation, and allow active members of the military to grow beards.
