Allow men and women to protect ones environment or living area using whatever force necessary. Legalize vigilantism.

Throughout America there is mayhem and destruction due to lack of funding and lack of police support. For example, Detroit city, it is a deteriorating city and has gangs on every street corner. People die, Drugs are running rampant through the veins of children. how do we stop this? Anyone can protect their home but can they protect their neighbors? Can they keep the evil off their streets? Not with the law keeping them from acting. We Americans have the second amendment right to form militias so therefore, we as Americans have the right to form our own sort of "Justice League". We the People. We are the future. We must act against tyranny on the streets to protect our homes. Vigilantes are the last chance of protection.
