Women have a tough job carrying a child for 9 months and are awarded time off of work as maternity leave. For equal rights of men and women and to remove some parental burdens from a mother who just gave birth. A man should be awarded maternity leave to grow a bond with the child and relieve burdon from women solely for the infants first weeks.
