Allow mentally Ill citizens to pick there own healthcare provider while in medicare. I only have 2 options in the Durham

To allow mentally ill citizens to pick there health care provider medicare only allows 2 facilitys in durham nc to treat us. We are also limited to the heath care that could make a diffrence in our lives such as Trancranal Magnetic Therapy which medicare will not cover. We want the same resources that everyone else has we PAY for medicare 100 a mth
