Allow military members to carry concealed firearms without a CCL

This petition would allow Active and former members of the Armed Forces who were honorably discharged the privilege to carry concealed firearms without a Concealed Carry License (CCL). In wake of recent tragedies, it would benefit the country to increase the deterrence to potential violent assailants by increasing the number of well trained and armed citizens. Members of the military are entrusted with the defense of the country and have accomplished firearms training through their service. The specialized training of these members would be invaluable to deter lone wolf aggressors and prevent innocent citizens from losing their lives.
