Allow military NCOs and Commissioned Officers carry weapons on and off duty.

Created by A.T. on April 03, 2014

Please allow the Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) and Commissioned Officers to carry concealed weapons on and off duty. These personnel are highly trained individuals that are trained in firearm safe use. Any attack on a military instillation or civilian place can greatly benefit from this new law. These personnel are thoroughly trained in the use of weapons and the procedures of deadly force. If civilian police personnel are allowed to carry concealed weapons on and off duty, why should senior enlisted (NCOs) and Commissioned Officers not be allowed to? Of course, relevant training and certification should apply on a yearly basis. No NCOs or Commissioned Officers should carry concealed weapons if they are not trained and certified.
