Active Duty and Retired military should be given special privilege to carry concealed weapons without requiring their state's approval due to the fact that they are trained to handle many weapons in many different scenarios. Their training could be more effective when required than that of a typical law enforcement officer, and their presence would be constant, and spread all over the nation.
