Active Duty Military Personnel are allowed to transfer Education Benefits to dependents . I believe the service member then has to agree to complete additional years of service. Retirees should be allowed transfer their remaining education benefits to their dependents as well because we have already completed additional years of service. I don't intend on returning to school, so let my dependents use my benefits.
