Allow military service members to obtain adequate transferable civilian credentials and certifications.

Allow current and former active and reserve US military service members to obtain civilian credentials and certifications in their military job, so that it may be automatically transferable to the civilian equivalent upon the service members discharge. The military should issue upon completion of required training of their military job, civilian licenses and/or certifications that a lot of companies in the civilian sector require. In doing so, difficulties that have been faced by veterans and military spouses in transitioning their military experience to civilian employment will cease to exist. Do not make service members retrain in the jobs that they already have the knowledge and expertise to do.
