Mr. President,
Being a military child and High School Senior who has lived entirely overseas, I have begun to notice many obstacles in my path colleges. One of the most prominent issues is my state residency, which i have inherited from my parents. Having state residency in a state I've never lived in really limits the amount of colleges i can hope of attending. This is due to the ridiculous out-of-state tuition fees. With this stated, I would like to request that US students overseas who have never lived in the US have the ability to choose their state of residency.
