The federal government should create a policy that allows minors to fill out an application that examines their employment and education status, and other characteristics that could measure their ability to vote intelligently.
It is a fact that there are thousands of minors that are employed and paying taxes, but still have no voice when it comes to whom those taxes are going to and what the money is being put towards.
