This is an anti-secession petition in regards to fairness. Not all Mississippians want to leave the United States. If The federal government wants to grant this states secession, at least allow Mississippians the right to vote on the issue, first. Just because twenty five thousand residents want to secede, it doesn't mean that we all do, as I am sure the case is in many other states.
