The Wireless Emergency Alert system provides useful and potentially life saving information to users of Android and iOS devices. It sounds an intrusive alert tone which might be useful in cases of imminent danger to the user.

Please provide users with a third option to change or disable the alert tone without disabling the alerts entirely.
