Allow employees of Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Divisions of the Armed Forces to use the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Commissaries and Army & Air Force Base Exchanges.
Exclusions to any shopping at stores on military bases by MWR employees is devaluing to the employee.
