In wake of the recent Paris, Beruit, San Bernadino, and other attacks, many Americans want to block Syrian refugees from entering our country. This would be awful.
The refugee process is extremely extensive, and ISIS would never use it because it is far to inconvient with the years of paperwork and inspections and background checks etc.
Refugees fleeing ISIS only have countries like us to turn to. If we refuse them, they will be forced to choose between their entire family dying, or their female family members stripped of any rights they once ever had and taken away, while the men are forced to fight for ISIS.
If we deny them, tens if not hundreds of thousands would die and more stripped of even the most basic human rights. How could our country which stands for freedom let this happen?
