Allow for most Illinois counties to secede from the 3 Chicago area counties who hold opposite beliefs and values.

The people living in 99 of the 102 counties in Illinois have grown weary of the government restrictions placed on them due to voting numbers in the 3 Chicagoland counties. The people within the 99 counties have different values, beliefs and opinions on how the state should be run. Corruption in the Illinois political world stem mostly from the government appointed personnel of this area. The state is broke, leadership is non existent and businesses are being run out of the state at an alarming pace. The rest of the state, the majority of its geographic footprint, want their voices to be heard. We propose that the administration allow us to separate and form our own state in order to balance our budgets, elect officials and return the political power back to the people.
