I am making this petition to allow Muslims to do the Adhan (call to prayer) allowed on every Friday between 12 and 1 o'clock for 3-5 minutes. We all have our freedom of speech and religion, which is part of the first amendment. Just like church's can ring their bells on Sundays I think we should have a right to call Muslims to prayer on Fridays.
