Both the Democrats and the GOP state that they listen to the American people, yet most of the American people believe that they aren't being heard if you are to believe Presidential and Congressional approval ratings. That being said, how about let the American people vote, by majority (vice electoral college or any other way), whether the Affordable Care Act (ACA) or Obamacare should remain a law or be repealed.
