Make motorcycke lane splitting legal nationwide. Currently California is the only state to legalize this, we as a nation need to follow California's way. Lane splitting allows motorcycles to freely and safely move through traffic without causing more traffic congestion, reduces the riders risk of being rear ended by distracted drivers, reduces idling time and emissions, puts less strain on motorcycles small cooling systems. A UC Berkley study found that lane splitting works by reducing motorcycke involved accidents and it is was California used when they passed their legislation.
